Lemon verbena, valerian root, rose hip shells, orange peels, lemon grass, safflower, marigold flowers, and natural flavours

Steeping Guidelines
- Water Temperature: 212 °F / 100 °C
- Steeping Time: 5 minutes
- Serving Size: 1 tsp per 250 ml (8 oz)
